Open Question: Was it not the Arabs who asked Palestinians to leave?

During the Six Day War was it not the Arabs(Egypt, Syria and Jordan) who asked Palestinians to leave their homes so they could invade Israel? So then why is it that Israel fault? They ganged up on Israel and lost the war and it's spoils. Why didn't Egypt taken in the refugees? No it was Israel who gave them back their land. Sorry for my English it's not my first language....
